KeithWELLINGSOn December 26th, 2015 Peacefully at home following a short illness, Keith aged 76 years of Dalton. Beloved husband of the late Phyllis, much loved step dad of Linda, father in law of Frank, grandad of Paul and Sonya, dearly loved brother of May, Edith, Cissie, beloved uncle and great uncle, also a very close and dear friend of Lesley and Andrew. Will friends please meet for Service at Huddersfield Crematorium on Wednesday, January 6th at 3.15pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired would be appreciated for either Kirkwood Hospice or Marie Curie and maybe sent c/o Chambers Funeral Service, 8 Northgate, Almondsbury, Huddersfield, HD5 8RX. A plate will also be available at the Crematorium.
